In short, they do not care about your or your financial well being. Unauthorized charges on account, will not be corrected and claims closed against you. This company is corrupt to the core, and the agents you speak with are less than useless. Do not trust them, nor open an account here. Doing so is a mistake that will haunt you forever. Fortunately, I'm disputing all the false charges, and will get this cleared up. I'm not the only one, do your research.
I have had the same bank account for over 15 years I was with Mercantile Bank before TD took it out I remained loyal to TD because of course they honored the banking Arrangements I had with Mercantile. Had the pleasure of being profiled here a couple weeks ago. My boyfriend and I chose a day out of our vacation to make an adult step and set up a joint account. Was told by a rep that we both had to have a birth certificate and other made up requirements in order to open an account. All BS because I already have a TD account which I opened less than a year ago in my home state of NY and all I needed was a regular ID and cash. Not every minority is trying to run a scam!
