Creo que alguien debería explicarle al señor Carlos Torres que el salario que él recibe por su servicio al cliente y su posición laboral tiene que incluir “AMABILIDAD” con los clientes de TD Bank. Pésima experiencia tuve en este banco. Después de sacar mi cita varios días antes en menos de 3 minutos abandoné el lugar con demasiada negatividad y rudeza por parte de este señor y por supuesto TD BANK perdió un muy bien posible cliente.

Pesimo servicio no ofrecen solucion alguna tengo 2 años con cuentas en este banco sin problema alguno y hoy fui a realizar un cambio de mi tarjeta y no lo pudieron solucionar por el simple hecho de ser venezolana ..
