Horrible customer service. Unbelievable horrible customer service. Save your time and money. Do not bank with this branch. One teller when busy. And that one person is new and his customer service is atrocious. Do everything you can to stay away from this bank.
I took the time to read the reviews for this branch, and I am shocked. For the past six years, the complaints have been consistent — homeless individuals sleeping by the ATM, only one teller serving long lines of customers, and a manager (Carlos, I believe) opening the doors at 8:37 a.m. when business hours are clearly posted as 8:30 a.m. Nothing seems to improve. At TD Bank, I sat at the drive-thru for 30 minutes waiting for assistance with a withdrawal, even though there was no line. The clerk asked how she could help me, and I stated that I wanted to make a withdrawal for a large amount. She left, and someone else came to the window. This person asked me what I needed the money for, which had never happened to me before, so I told her that. She was very rude. I literally have a cleaning company and I was cleaning out my office at one point. I found some extra checks. I usually mobile deposit and I’ll put on their void on the back. All the checks I found did not have void on it so better yet I thought it would be great to take them inside the Td Bank so they can check to see if they have been cashed before I deposit them.
