In an era where highly sensitive information such as Banking has been replaced by mobile devices, exceptional customer experience at the branch is crucial. The personal customer experience is the overall impression of the quality of service the company will provide, period. Sadly, Geana, the manager at this branch, is quite oblivious to that fact. I am glad I decided to visit a local branch before initiating any banking relationships with TD. **Well, a relationship was actually NOT initiated :/
Monty Ombada rocks and is the best customer service representative I have ever met in banking: a great banking experience, highly recommend this TD Bank.
