Stopped by this morning to get the change from TDBank , Kashia was so nice, elegant and best customer service 5 stars for her , Moroccan girl Monday December 18 I have bad experience with this location when I bring checks and cash for deposit 2 week ago. I didn’t like the the service of this group. I give up this location and go to the location at German Street instead Today I stop by and so happy to see my favorite clerk Elfa , professional working, friendly and give me possible energy 5 stars for Elfa
I HIGHLY recommend to ask for saige!!!! She is the BEST i came in with my one year old to open a new account and he started fussing she helped me calm him and even gave him some crayons and a ball to play with which made the process go even faster. She explained all my options and answered all my questions in a way i could understand. She even showed me how to use the TD app and the ATM . Plus i was in a rush and i didnt even let her know. Somehow she managed to keep me there no more then 30 minutes while keeping me informed... read more
