Big impersonal bank with an ironic motto: "More Human." That could not be further from the truth. If their personnel didn't have call scripts for personalities, they would still fail in their ability to relate at any level to their customers. No common sense. No attempt to retain loyal customers. A decade with them and their incompetence finally resulted in my leaving for a credit union.
