I had an extremely frustrating experience with the assistant branch manager VaSean, who refused to open my business account not once, but three separate times, citing vague and inconsistent reasons each visit. Despite having all the required documentation and a legitimate business, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude that made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. Don’t ever come to this location if you want to deposit cash. No matter what day, or time I go for months the atm is never accepting cash. Go to the location a few miles down the road instead. The only positive to this branch is the nice guy that usually works in the drive thru.
We had an amazing experience with Fawn at the TD branch in Wesley Chapel! She went above and beyond to help us resolve a dispute charge. Fawn took the time to call the company directly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. She was quick, efficient, kind, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. We are very impressed with the level of service at this branch — thank you, Fawn, for your outstanding support!
It is 10:00 a.m. today April 4th 2025 when I don't know what the ratings 2.2 starts I guess I would never open an account here total disrespectful consumer making way for no reason no justifying the salaries
This location is the worst TD I have ever been to. Never open according to the hours posted, when they are no one can get me a debit card printed after they canceled mine for no reason. Now I have no way of getting to my cash and this has been going on for months. Leaving TB because of this location.
