Major security issues. The phone number for this branch has been stolen by scammers. I wish I was kidding. I was called by someone from this number and told there was s fraud occurrence with my account. The person asked for far too much personal information, so while on the phone with her I went on the app and locked my accounts. I had an extremely frustrating experience with the assistant branch manager VaSean, who refused to open my business account not once, but three separate times, citing vague and inconsistent reasons each visit. Despite having all the required documentation and a legitimate business, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude that made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. Don’t ever come to this location if you want to deposit cash. No matter what day, or time I go for months the atm is never accepting cash. Go to the location a few miles down the road instead. The only positive to this branch is the nice guy that usually works in the drive thru.
We had an amazing experience with Fawn at the TD branch in Wesley Chapel! She went above and beyond to help us resolve a dispute charge. Fawn took the time to call the company directly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. She was quick, efficient, kind, and extremely professional throughout the entire process.
