It was my worst baking experience. The Wesley Chapel, Florida branch is the Banking I’d never experienced. When I try to take even $1000 out of my retirement account they wanna know how I was gonna spend the money. When my son asked for a cashiers check to pay his income income taxes taxes, they wanted to know where the $3000 came from. They think they have the right to know everything about your money. And they were rude and could not explain when I asked them
Not only was I racially profiled here and denied access to my own account, they refused to print me out a new bank card I had several forms of identification including my current card from them that’s I was coming into replace! After them basically making up excuses on why I couldn’t access my account I then asked to close my account because not being able to access my money when I need to is a No No , then the manager wants to talk about it “ wait we made a mistake we can talk about it” nah I’ll talk to a whole new bank who... read more
