Major security issues. The phone number for this branch has been stolen by scammers. I wish I was kidding. I was called by someone from this number and told there was s fraud occurrence with my account. The person asked for far too much personal information, so while on the phone with her I went on the app and locked my accounts. As soon as I told her I had done so, she hung up and I immediately called TD customer service through the app. They had no record of any other conversations with me today. I had an extremely frustrating experience with the assistant branch manager VaSean, who refused to open my business account not once, but three separate times, citing vague and inconsistent reasons each visit. Despite having all the required documentation and a legitimate business, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude that made the entire process unnecessarily difficult.
