Just ok
I am and have consistently been very happy doing business at this location for over a dozen years. The staff are kind and helpful with all of their customers of any ethnicity, as well as the staff themselves also including people of color. I think it’s a fine location and recommend it highly. The tasteless suggestion that this branch is in some way discriminating towards anyone is a sad ploy to turn customers away from a location where the employees work hard and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Lo mejor como bank
My experience at the Walcott st branch was awful. I went to the west main branch and it was great.
My Mom is currently in Autunm Lake facility receiving treatment after an accident,my Moms medicaid expired and in order to get it back she needs a letter from this bank stating that an old bank account has been closed,we call the bank and they do not want to send the letter to the facility so my Mom can have back her Medicaid so she can be release from the facility with the proper treatment at home,she is 74 yrs old,I live 3 hours away I cant go over and get a stupid notary letter to get this document, is a closed account,al... read more
