I am and have consistently been very happy doing business at this location for over a dozen years. The staff are kind and helpful with all of their customers of any ethnicity, as well as the staff themselves also including people of color. I think it’s a fine location and recommend it highly. The tasteless suggestion that this branch is in some way discriminating towards anyone is a sad ploy and to turn customers away from a location where the employees work hard and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.... read more
Long wait time for no reason 3 tellers and yet a line front if me and behind, waiting more than 20min and still not my turn yet.
I went to this branch to open a checking account because it’s close to where I live and several of my family members bank here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming.The associate at the first window was fine, but the experience went downhill once I met with the manager Sherri. She was very cold, unfriendly, and not customer service oriented no greeting, no warmth, and very few words.
