My experience at TD Bank was very disappointing and concerning. From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt uncomfortable due to the demeanor of the staff. I greeted the security guard, but was met with no response — just a blank stare, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. I love this bank, and the tellers. But the wait times are unexceptible. Even with 3-4 tellers you will wait no less than 20 minutes
The ATM in the front is always down. It's more likely to be down than working. Fix this as all of the other TDs have closed( Middlebury)
You go there to do banking at 8:30 because those are the hours they have up on the internet and then they never come to open the door because they now open at 9, even though the internet and large sign on the building says otherwise. Make sure you look at the tiny sign they put on the door. SMH after working all night I can now wait another half hour before I can do my banking and finally get home to go to bed.
