I visited this TD branch after losing my wallet and needed replacement cards. I was informed that the branch no longer prints cards on-site and that I would need to wait a few business days for the replacements to arrive. After two weeks with no update, I contacted customer service and was told that no replacement cards had been ordered. Just ok
I am and have consistently been very happy doing business at this location for over a dozen years. The staff are kind and helpful with all of their customers of any ethnicity, as well as the staff themselves also including people of color. I think it’s a fine location and recommend it highly. The tasteless suggestion that this branch is in some way discriminating towards anyone is a sad ploy to turn customers away from a location where the employees work hard and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
