The teller named Madi is the rudest and nastiest woman I’ve ever met
The staff are extremely welcoming, kind, and very professional. They are genuinely happy to help you with anything you need. I’d like to give a special thank you to Christine. She is a phenomenal worker- and a very sweet, cheerful person. She is a bundle of joy to say the least. This is the only TD bank I will go to from now on!
Last wek we walked into TD Bank at 12:30 to open a saving account and add my wife, theybank refused to let us because the close in 30 min. We created an appointment for today at 12:00 we arrived on time and were told to wait. 12:20 we were told it would be another 10 min. After 10 min we were still waiting a total of over 30 min past our appointment so we left. What is the point of having an appointment if you're still going to make customers wait over 30 min. They’ve been so helpful, communicative and even when mistakes were made they followed up and stayed on them until they were corrected. A great team there… and open on Sundays! Win-win
