My favorite branch. I normally don't need to have to go inside the bank too often, but when I do, they are always able to help me out. I appreciate them.
TD Bank has been ok for the past 8 years. I try to add my wife to the account, and a few days later they want more information. She doesn't want to give it, so they closed my account. Exactly on oil fill up day! They say that they called me, but as we all know, the phone system in the USA is non-functional due to the 60 something scam phone calls I get a day. Their system should be set to bounce the attempted additional holder and not close the entire account. Bad job TD Bank!
Brandi Flamengo went above and beyond to meet my needs! Was personable, professional and made banking easy! Will absolutely be doing all of my banking there from now on.
