This branch will not exchange cash for change for members without a card and I.D & non-members. Must be an account holder with proof to get change. They were slow and wouldn't answer any questions until I was at the counter.
Atm never accepts cash for deposit. Workers move so slow.
Was told our appointment didn’t exist even though I had a record of booked appointment. I was told to wait additional time after waiting 15 minutes because they had to have their lunch break even though I had arrived early. Tellers sitting without customers during this time refusing to serve us. Initial secretary said not seeing the appointment “wasn’t his fault”, however I am not sure who’s fault it was if I had this record of appointment. Taking my banking elsewhere.
