I am totally disgusted with this bank. My mom has a considerably large savings that she started at TD in Ludlow Ma. Two years ago she got diagnosed with dementia. She is currently in assisted living facility. So as a result me and my sister are taking care of her money as powers of attorney. Twice a month I take a measly $20. So she likes her single dollar bills because they don’t always have change. It just makes things easier for her. So I take the money, the measily 20 bucks out of the atm. This branch will not exchange cash for change for members without a card and I.D & non-members. Must be an account holder with proof to get change. They were slow and wouldn't answer any questions until I was at the counter.
