Customer service is horrible
Deposit a large sum of money cash in their own ATM at this branch and was. I deposited in my account AT ALL the team over had the "not our problem attitude" I was asking questions and scared and frantic as anybody would be. They just said call all number to take 5 to 7 business days to clear. It's the holidays I have a kid on the way they don't know my situation. Not sure why Eudora still works there when she was extremely rude and after waiting 20 minutes to resolve an issue she tells the teller Salif he cannot help me that he needs to hang up and help someone else. Horrible customer service and she should be replaced asap with someone who is professional. doesn’t even know how to address customers. Salif was kind and tried his best but Eudora lacks customer service skills therefore not allowing others to do their job. i’ve been to so many locations and they have always been helpful... read more
