Absolutely Awesome – The person who wrote that review about business account is absolutely clueless regarding the bank's right to know a customer & who they do business with. Having a bank account is a priviledge and the bank has the right to choose whom they want to do business with. I am a long time customer of Commerce Bank & am proud to be a customer of that location.
Absolutely Horrible!! – The "Store Supervisor" Olesya Glebova has no clue as to the rules and regulations of the banking world. She refused to open a Business Checking account for me even after the folks at the 800 number said it was OK to do so. She claimed she needed a utility bill in the name of my business as proof of address. The problem is that it's a home based business and all bills come to my personal name. A legal form from the IRS with the business name, address, and Fed Tax ID# was not enough proof for her. I fin... read more
