not enough customer service reps. 30 min wait
The ATM ate my debit card and the tellers/supervisors weren’t able to do anything about it. They let me know that I may get it back in a few days. They said it “happens sometimes.” I’d avoid this branch!
I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Why would a bank teller ask for my social security number after I provided ID for a checking deposit.
