I have tried to call at various points of the day today (It's a business day/Monday) and no one answers the phone. My mother is in a nursing home and needs more checks for her account (which she added my name to) and I can't even do this for her because the staff here won't even pick up the phone all day. It must certainly be nice to have a public-facing job where you don't feel any obligation to answer the phone...

Had a bad experience at the Boston and Bay Td bank teller looked like she didn’t want to work there stayed with her for the longest try to solve my problem she was telling be I was wrong comes out that at the end I was right ( btw I use to work work Td bank) she ended up closing my card. I’ll be shopping around to find a better bank than this one
