I have tried to call at various points of the day today (It's a business day/Monday) and no one answers the phone. My mother is in a nursing home and needs more checks for her account (which she added my name to) and I can't even do this for her because the staff here won't even pick up the phone all day. It must certainly be nice to have a public-facing job where you don't feel any obligation to answer the phone...
