Exceptional experience. The service was worth the wait time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very nice to see the manager and assistant manager hand in hand helping the staff and customers together. Every td bank should be like this one. Only thing that could improve is more staffing.

Horrible customer service. Charges double for safe deposit box and do not refund you back anything. Manager promised would return double charged money back, and charged 97.99 again the next day. Lost money this way more than $300. Do not help resolve anything. Worst experience ever. Do not go here and waste your hard earned money. And now lines are longggghh...not like when it 1st opened. So nothing to offer other than long hours with long wait time.
