I'm pretty sure TD's tagline "America's Most Convenient Bank" is meant to be ironic. God forbid you ever have an issue — like a charge on your bill you'd like explained. Hours of phone calls, no one knows anything, no one has access to anything, no one can tell you who to talk to. It's really surprising how bad it is. The Mount Kisco location should've made all the changes, even on Google profile before the new business hours took effect this 2025. We all get messed up in the morning rush with that 30-minute change.

Monday will go to make deposit and this bank but I’m very disappointed because I wait half hour and nobody helped me so I Turner and I leave maybe I have a change all my account from this Bank or other one bank

very poor customer service. every time they do transactions there something gets messed up where I have to waste my time and come back another 2-3 times before they get it corrected. They don't answer their phones and let them just ring. When they do answer once in a million years they transfer you for no one to pick up. Not sure why these people still have jobs. I tried to do it via online but if you want the "promotional" rate you need to come in person which is the dumbest idea ever.
