This Branch of TD Bank on the corner of John Young Parkway & Patrick St. in Kissimmee is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The supervisor Toni is disrespectful and incompetent! The branch manager hides in his office because he TOO is INCOMPETENT! They WRONGLY & UNJUSTLY fired the one Woman that worked here and ran this ENTIRE branch with her hands tied behind her back. At the location in Osceola parkway Kissimmee the wait time to speak to a csr is over one hour. I need to make a money transfer for a family emergency overseas. My mother in law got burned and the hospital de clinical Caracas won't admit her until a deposit is paid. The manager Omar told me if I want to go to another location they might be less busy. I have been here one hour 1/2.
Customer service is beyond exceptional here! :)
