terrible service at this branch & TD bank 1800 number always have longer then 30min hold times to speak with a representative, save yourself the frustration and go to the truist bank across the street, the staff is way better and the customer service at truist is just 100% better
Terrible service from the manager & staff
Takes forever the staff has no sense of urgency and more then 5 ppl wait the best interaction was with the nice security guard other then that spent way to much ch of my Saturday in this branch
Alan Ababon, was the best with me. I came from another Td bank and it was horrible, hopefully I could connect with him. I went there at 4pm September 3
