A representative called Alan on this location told me and my mother to go back to our country…. He was very rude and had an attitude since he opened his mouth, very disrespectful, poor customer service, mind you he had an accent himself also, saying he is American. He said that to a pregnant woman and an elderly person. He is not pleasant at all and not an understanding person, not helpful and very rude to say a discriminatory comment like that.
Open or do transactions here if you want to experience inconvenience all the time. Consider yourself warned. I opened an account in this branch and then after a few days, they called me to show my requirements IN PERSON AGAIN; otherwise, they will close my account. Our call got cutoff because of bad reception and I tried calling them back a bunch of times in various days, NO ANSWER. I have all the call logs and receipts so please don’t even try to deny it. Poor service every time I've gone to withdraw money. They don't have access to business customers. Very poor service. It would be the last TD Bank branch I recommend.
