Terrible bank. First I call in and confirm my documents can be notarized then confirm again when I get there that they can be. Then when I get through the hour line I am told they won’t do legal documents despite them confirming I could over the phone and before getting in line and getting similar documents signed on Saturday. They were contradicting themselves and the website that says the do affidavits. Either the banker Jennifer did not know what she was doing or blatantly lied about their services.
