When I enter, I'm greeted by name. The employees are all polite and nice. My financial advisor is always looking for great investments that fit me. I love the branch at Roosevelt and San Juan in Jacksonville, Flat.
Shredded my debit card while making a deposit transaction at a pull up ATM. Had to wait 90mins to replace the card which caused me to cancel plans on my day off. This was very very inconvenient for a bank that claims to be the most convenient.
