Very good staff,very polite
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this TD Bank branch, largely due to Nertila, the bank teller. She repeatedly lied to me throughout the process, and even after I escalated the issue to customer service, she continued to mislead/lie to me. It was clear she was more focused on hitting her KPIs than actually providing helpful service. Always fast and efficient service! I know most of the employees by name and they know mine, from deposits to international wires to special requests for change they cover it all! Zara and Gerta usually take care of me, both are excellent!
