Do not waste your time. I called inquiring about a new business relationship. The phone rang and I was greeted by a banker. I asked if I was speaking to someone who is knowledgeable in business formation. The banker said yes. I proceed to give the banker all of the necessary information from the ein, state where the business is established and it can all be found on the state website to confirm this is in good standing and the date of formation.
