Rude. I am not a member of this institution, but called about loan rates. Joe Hague was rude, and even if they had the best rate, I would not use this bank!!!! In this current day and age customer service is paramount. TD bank fails miserably!
Awful customer service.
Worst financial institution ever if you are a non member. And of course you could always become a member but anybody you do business will be forced to deal with their unfriendly and greedy policies. $7 to cash a check drawn off from them and you better bring in a hair and DNA sample along with every form of ID known to man.
