RecommendedGiant shout out to our local TD branch. My business ATM got locked last week at a truck stop for suspicious activity. I called the 800 number 4 times and was on hold over an hour each time without ever being picked up. I called our local branch today to make an appointment because the lobby is closed and the lady recognized me and said she would try to fix it without me coming in. 30 minutes later she called me back and fixed the issue. My hat is off to our local TD for going above and beyond during this crazy time Thank you
Their phone representatives could be more polite and helpful. They could give accurate information and not keep the interest they say you are owed. They could process pay off of loans faster and report them sooner to credit bureaus.
Friendly Staff, Great management. I have been their both business / personal customer and they always greet me with a smile, always offer to help with my questions or concerns. From all the banks that I dealt with TD has offered me the best service. Been a TD bank customer for the past 20 something years.
You should help local businesses on time of need. When they come in for change you should help them even if there not s customer mysticseafoodcame to you in need and your were rude. Very dis appointed
