TD Wouldn't let me deposit cash for my daughter who went away to college. Had to go home, get my check book, deposit her money in my account, make a check out to my daughter and then they let me make a deposit the check i just wrote into her account. They said it is to protect them from money laundering (lol, a couple hundred bucks). How about customer service for your clients that have been banking here for 30 years and have a total of 7 accounts including a business account???
TD is falling apart. ATM ate my debit card, I was to slow. 2 weeks to get a new one. Hit 2 TD's to make a withdrawal. No less then 12 ppl in line and.one teller. Annoying enough for me to pull my money out.
