Definitely the worst branch of TD ever. I’ll keep this short because I already filed an official complaint against the representative at the branch The bank representative Thalia was not friendly or helpful with my transaction. I was called by the supervisor Mike to pick up my money for my trip. Instead of being polite and respectful; I was told by Thalia “ Go to the another desk to count the money, I have customers who have an appointment.” This branch needs training with customer service.
