Definitely the worst branch of TD ever. I’ll keep this short because I already filed an official complaint but Simone the bank supervisor is nothing but petty, emotional, and rude. I went to that bank 7 times in 2 weeks to take out cash from an account I ONLY use as a physical bank because other platforms offer much better perks and Simone seems to think she is TD Bank and refuses to offer guidance in regards to my own TD account bc my opinion differs from her career. My appointment was originally with Mikel but he was busy and Heena came in. I was trying to become a new client opening a new checking account and I provide my SSN and EAD which by law is valid as a documents to open a bank account with them or another bank in the United States how ever she wasn't even happy to assist me cuz with only a I CAN'T NOT ACCEPT YOU SSN and I need PASSPORT, PROOF OR ADDRESS withou being at least friendly to explain to me why my SSN was not valid. Rye Brook, NY ... the teller, a young man whose name I didn't get, nonetheless he was super professional and helpful. Well presented and very polite. The man at the desk, although greeted me upon entering, should have offered to help as the wait was a bit more than 5 minutes.
I came in with an issue involving a **CD that TD Bank messed up**, and even though they said they would fix it and call me back—**they never did**. I tried calling the branch multiple times, but **no one ever picked up. I eventually had to cancel and reopen the CD at the same branch but a different location just to get it done.
