Good experience banking with them & convenient — But the branch is being shut & accounts moved to Bway/88 St. :-(
We opened business accounts with significant balances at TD at 86th and Columbus several years ago. The branch seems to experience high staff turnover. Service has gone downhill severely in recent months. They went from being extremely helpful to being snippy and mysogynist and telling me they are doing me a favor when I want them to do something correctly. Huh?
