Great service, polite staff, and the TD Bank app is very convenient to use. On my way out, I encountered a homeless man sleeping nearby—while this isn’t the bank’s fault, it does reflect some challenges in the neighborhood. Overall, I really like the bank itself.
Be careful here. The manager lets his tellers watch TV and sleep at their stations. And also while sitting in the branch I overheard managers arguing over stealing sales.
