Terrible service. Only 2 guys were working. I waited 20 minutes, no one came to me to inform me or.. ! One of the guys’s friend came in and toke her instead me!! They were having fun the entire time I been there. Nobody cared about me, no information and taking friends before the patiently awaited costumers!! And had to leave them and I just lost 20 minutes for nothing. No respect, no kindness, very disappointed!!
Atm dispensed small bills without warning, staff refused to change. Very poor service
Great Experience. Ask for Isaiah, he'll take care of you. Efficient, Courteous & great character. Pretty much took care of business quickly, something rare across banking institutions now a days... Isaiah is extremely professional, give him a raise or promotion. He is definitely THE guy you want to be the face of the branch.
I’m confused by what happened here. An employee at this branch (Paul) made me feel unwelcome and basically told me to go elsewhere... I don’t think TD Bank has any policies on whether any customer is limited to which branch they may or may not visit, because I spoke with an agent over the phone who confirmed that I am allowed to visit any branch I like.
