I have been a TD customer for 30 years, and I have never experienced a branch with such consistently poor customer service. “Rude” is putting it nicely. I’ve had to visit this branch on several occasions for various reasons, and I have yet to be greeted pleasantly or receive a helpful answer that didn’t come across as snide or dismissive. Today was the final straw. The ATM kept my card, so I asked the teller why. I was coming from Jensen beach and this was supposedly the closest one , but coming from the back way you wouldn’t even know it was there
Wow actually horrific service was told I couldn't cash a check here when it's my own bank then when I pointed out that you could labeled on the check itself the story changed conveniently several times definitely going to bank elsewhere now
In person I can get help, but damn do they suck at ever answering the phone.
