Save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else. They have no idea what’s going on and use “3rd party services” for everything so when there’s a problem “there’s nothing we can do” “contact the credit bureau” you can’t even change simple account details even in person at the counter. Went to use the ATM and it swallowed my debit card and told me to get a new one which I couldn’t because the credit bureau had my phone number wrong. I’ve been with this bank since they took over from Riverside Bank. Not a fan of the small parking space but love the employees there, great service and extremely helpful, patient
Extremely friendly, helpful and patient.
This is a terrible bank. I was given a check from this bank as payment for work performed. I was charged 10$ for cashing it. I will never accept another check from this establishment and would never do business with a bank that has such pathetic policies
