This is a terrible bank. I was given a check from this bank as payment for work performed. I was charged 10$ for cashing it. I will never accept another check from this establishment and would never do business with a bank that has such pathetic policies
Very helpful each and every time I've went there.
I knew better then to open another account. I hate banks. All scam artists. Nobody answers the phone here either. I opened an account here for "more convenients" only to wait days for my check to clear when I could have just paid $10.00 somewhere else and had my money already. I'll be closing my account as soon as it clears
My girlfriend banks here so I’m brought along for the ride. Every time she goes to deposit money in the ATM without fail it sends her a fraud alert. Now what kind of world do they think we live in where another person would fraudulently deposit money into her account? Crazy. Wastes a good 5 minutes of the day which when you work a ton is a lot on a day off.
My favorite bank, the people here are awesome at helping me out with my banking. Reagan Champion, Trinity Sitterson, Fernando Fernandes, and Charisse Lasane are extremely helpful, and top teir customer service, no complaints. And I love the atmousphere, everytime I walk in, im always welcomed. Will suggest this bank to other people. Very awesome experience.
