My wife and I have always loved this bank. Have great hours of operation. They're friendly knowledgeable and take very good care of us. Every time we've come in, we've enjoyed the experience.
The 3rd party system when you are solving issues in person at the bank makes zero sense. Going into a bank to resolve a very simple issue and not being able to makes zero sense. Not being able to try a second number to authentic my account makes zero sense. They need a new system.
