The 3rd party system when you are solving issues in person at the bank makes zero sense. Going into a bank to resolve a very simple issue and not being able to makes zero sense. Not being able to try a second number to authentic my account makes zero sense. They need a new system.

imagine waking into this bank on your day off and putting cash into rhe atm and it didn’t deposit the right amount you put in you think bills are rejected so you wait imagine getting dirty looks from the employees working there who judge you because they dont know who you are or what you do for a living doesn’t matter the fact the machine stole about $24 is not the susie it’s how many other people get ripped pff by the ATM machine with the staff admitted has had issues Well $24 may not be a lot to some people like myself. Save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else. They have no idea what’s going on and use “3rd party services” for everything so when there’s a problem “there’s nothing we can do” “contact the credit bureau” you can’t even change simple account details even in person at the counter. Went to use the ATM and it swallowed my debit card and told me to get a new one which I couldn’t because the credit bureau had my phone number wrong. I’ve been with this bank since they took over from Riverside Bank. Not a fan of the small parking space but love the employees there, great service and extremely helpful, patient
