La verdad que el trato desde el principio fue bien malo, la primera pregunta que hice fue que si podía tener cambio para el negocio y me dicen que si no eres cliente no puedes tener acceso a ese servicio, y como voy a tener acceso al servicio si con esa mala actitud de esas personas no te dan ganas de tener cuenta con ellos. Tengo buena opinión del banco préstamo. atención siempre es buena y cuando necesite de ellos me dieron el prestamo.
This is the worst TD I have been to. I told them it was an urgent matter to fund an account from abroad and that I had a meeting, they had me sit there for an hour while watching their staff on the cell phones without attending customers. Management and staff do not care about customers at this branch.
Manager is rude and unprofessional, run away!
This is the most unprofessional TD Bank Branch in Miami, starting the assistant manager, to the manager and all employees... do not do business with this branch on bird road and 74 Avenue... they are the worst customer service ever.....
