We went in for a notirization (it's free!) and were just blown away by how nice and helpful the staff was. Ruby in particular was amazing. There was no pressure but we ended up opening a bank account with them because of the great service we received.

I wouldn't usually write a review for a bank, BUT the Rowley TD compared to the Groveland branch is like night and day. The tellers at Rowley TD are super nice when you walk in, and there is rarely ever a line. The ATM is always in service. I had a huge issue with excessive "transfer" fees at the Groveland TD, and I remember when I tried to resolve the issue I just got a ton of attitude. Love the Rowley TD.
