Last week I went into the Rowley bank with $58 in change. I was expecting to find a coin machine but they don't have one. I don't have an account with them (yet) and it wasn't rolled. I explained I had just left my husband and family due to a domestic situation, currently living in Peabody, unemployed and avoiding Gloucester as much as possible.
