Super helpful, Jacquon was super attentive and made me feel at ease! My favorite location.
If I could give zero stars I would. To be treated like I am a second class citizen is the best way to express my experience. I deal with several local banks for my profession and this one is by far the worst. For the employees to gather and speak negatively about another customer for everyone in the bank to hear is completely unprofessional. Jennifer who I believe is the manager at the branch was excellent. She helped me with my paperwork and took time to make sure I did everything right. I appreciated that ,for someone who cares. Does not happen in the world today
This bank is awful - do not recommend! Covid has hit them hard. In addition to them being closed unpredictably, the customer service experience has been contradicting and aggravating.
