TD bank isn’t following their own CD rules. My father Had a CD mature. He decided to move the money into a savings account. Upon doing this, he was told there would be a charge because there is a ten day window to make changes. It was day ten! He asked to speak with the manager. They acknowledge that today was day ten but the fee was automatic and they had no way to wave the fee. If your going to penalize people, maybe you should say nine days instead of ten! Disappointed to say the least.
