The WORST service that I have EVER encountered in any bank. I tried to make a cash withdrawal and they would not let me. Three tellers all took an attitude. They told me that they couldn't give me my withdrawal unless I told them what I intended to do with it. It is none of their business. We aren't talking a large amount of money. I then said I want to close my account which they wouldn't let me do. My next plan is to take them to court. They are withholding my funds illegally. STAY AWAY FROM TD. I held an account with TD for years. Just went into cash a check from their bank. After requiring two forms of ID's from me, I was informed that I would be charged a $10 processing fee. Terrible customer service. Will not be stepping foot in there ever again and absolutely will not recommend them as a bank to locals.
