This bank began by accidentaly charging us for checks they said were free. They promised to take care of it. Months went by. I called every couple of weeks but no one did. Finally a visiting clerk returned our money. Now we are moving and want to withdraw cash. They say that's not possible. They have basically stolen our life savings. To say I'm angry would be an understatement.
