People are nice but OMG the drive thru is worse then McDonalds. One customer in branch, no one in the drive thru and a deposit took 15 mins and no one ever said we are having an issue.
I've been a TD customer for 10 years. I walked into this branch to open an account for new business and the bank manager (Francine) made it excessively challenging to the point that she wanted to drive by my business and inspect my operations. I had a PA drivers license lived out of state which made her suspicious. She wanted several days to figure out what to do. I walked into the Warrensburg branch with 38k in hand to open an account. It was 4:30 pm. First the bank manager asked me if I made an appointment... i did not. Then she tells me they are too busy and she had an appointment @ 5 pm. The place was completely empty. A bank that refuses money LMAO! I guess I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
