Always a pleasure doing my banking here. Manager Francine and the rest of the staff are friendly and very helpful.
I called to open an account, get information on CDs etc. The woman that answered said she had customers and said if "I were a "preferred customer", not sure what she meant by that! to stay on the line, not a time wait ....or I could call back. I had called three times, before that to get someone on the phone. I explained I was interested in a new account, she paused and said I'd have to wait. People are nice but OMG the drive thru is worse then McDonalds. One customer in branch, no one in the drive thru and a deposit took 15 mins and no one ever said we are having an issue.
I've been a TD customer for 10 years. I walked into this branch to open an account for new business and the bank manager (Francine) made it excessively challenging to the point that she wanted to drive by my business and inspect my operations. I had a PA drivers license lived out of state which made her suspicious. She wanted several days to figure out what to do.
