Excellent Customer Service! I vote for the bank's home office to upgrade the lobby of this branch; AS it's nice to go into a place that is decorated where one feels uplifted. That said, this branch is a 'fast in-&-out', efficient and covers my banking needs well. Yesterday, I went in to get a notary signature from Bob...who's great, including their manager Bill...( I only mention these gentlemen, as I feel they set the tone of the bank with the customers and the employees for comfort... relaxed, cooperative banking service..... read more
Deceptive, incompetent, didn’t communicate at all, won’t return calls. The worst experience I have ever had with any business in Vermont, this bank made big mistakes with my money, do not make the mistake of doing business with them. Avoid!

I was disappointed with the credit union I belonged to for the two years I've been in this area. Having been a satisfied TD BANK customer for decades in Maine my choice was easy. Everyone I've dealt with has been kind and professional. But I would like to give a special thank you to Taylor. I met with her to open my accounts. My financial situation had changed quite a bit.
