As a long-standing client, we had a great experience working TD Bank, the tellers and support staff, as well as with Zade Nallbani. Staff is always professional, prompt, and extremely supportive. They take the time to clearly answer all of our questions and make everything feel smooth and stress-free. Specifically, Zade's responsiveness and positive attitude truly stood out, and we really appreciate the attention to detail. Highly recommend working with her and the TD Bank team in Shelton.

My experience today at TD Bank I visited the branch simply to deposit a check, and the treatment I received was extremely unprofessional and distressing. From the moment I walked in, the branch manager, Zade Nallbami, treated me as though I were a criminal. I felt racially profiled and singled out without justification.
