Worst experience with the manger .. even the way she spoke to her staff you can tell there is a hostile work environment. I will not be banking with this location ever again !
The woman who is the manager at the bank can't solve any problems. If you have any issues, I suggest you go to another branch.

They take the time to clearly answer all of our questions and make everything feel smooth and stress-free. Specifically, Zade's responsiveness and positive attitude truly stood out, and we really appreciate the attention to detail. Highly recommend working with her and the TD Bank team in Shelton.
