I opened a new account along with some family members on a Saturday without an appointment. The manager and staff were kind enough to fit us in and help us set up our accounts, and we really appreciated it! The facility was clean and welcoming, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Overall, a great experience!

I went into the Shelton branch and I did a HELOC with the branch manager, Zade. I had the best experience with her and her team that I decided to move all my accounts to TD Bank. Team is very professional and helpful and helped me through the whole process. I will recommend the Shelton team to my family and friends.
Zade Nallbani is an absolute disgrace to the banking system. I had gone into a bank and I was treated HORRENDOUSLY. please file complaints to the corporate office against Zade Nallbani she is the bank manager, that has no idea how to conduct herself in a professional manner. Rude, condescending belittling staff and customers. She should not be in a position of a manager in any business let alone in a financial institution. I feel sorry the the staff that has to deal with her on a daily basis.
