Everything. Customer service is terrible. Trying to open an account took a month and a half between paperwork, signature card, and getting my debit card. That only took 4 phone calls, too. These people have a serious issue with leadership, ownership, and the basics of running a customer-facing organization.
ON LINE UPGRADE IS A JOKE. THIS WAS DONE POORLY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
The worst bank ever, I am going to close my account with this bank.
Tried to get a mortgage for 70k for a home that I am putting 20% down for. I got approved but they say I have to come up with 60k at closing in order to buy the property. The service was not very good either, they would ask me for something, I would give it to them with in the 24 hours and they would not respond until 2-4 days later even if I called and left voicemails, emails and text messages.
