Great bank! Love the whole group. So friendly and always go out of their way to help customers. Vary sad to the closing of this location.
We went on to open an account and the women behind the counter showed so loud and claimed they were busy and got us to make an appointment. Overall. Thereis no privacy in this Reston location. No doors or windows. We heard everything about one clients account including amount and everything. When asked how long we have to wait she stayed we can always come back. Without even telling us how long to wait. They were just very rude. We had no choice go to another bank. And glad we did.
