I went to the TD North on Pleasant Street in Methuen today for the first time. I waited in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me for 45 minutes trapped without being able to exit. Then, the tellers were going to charge me an unreasonable charge for a transaction. A fee that they supposedly increased but with no notice of this fee and the increase posted at the drive thru entrance or thereafter.
