Neverending mistakes! I love Commerce Bank BUT this branch stinks. We opened 3 accounts at the same time, AFTER copying my license and filling out all forms PROPERLY...they spelled my name wrong. Checks came in wrong, statements everything. After asking countless times, and taking 2 months to get checks (promised in weeks) - I gave up. Four years later my statements are still wrong.
