Neverending mistakes! I love Commerce Bank BUT this branch stinks. We opened 3 accounts at the same time, AFTER copying my license and filling out all forms PROPERLY...they spelled my name wrong. Checks came in wrong, statements everything. After asking countless times, and taking 2 months to get checks (promised in weeks) - I gave up. Four years later my statements are still wrong. They apparently hired a new manager a couple years ago and one weekend food shopping our debit card was denied at the supermarket. This threw us... read more
