Since COVID they have such restricted hours. I can only get there on my lunch break now and there are like 30 cars in drive thru line. I have check I need to deposit that exceeds Mobile deposit amount so I need to get there. So frustrating. Why can at least drive they be open normal hours?? Going to be looking for a new bank after being with them for 20+ years.
I was the 2nd car in the drive thru. The first woman had so many questions, that by the time I was able to complete my transaction (close to 10 min later) thete were 5 additional cars waiting. Why don't you teell drive thru customers with alot of questions, complicated transactions, not having the necessary paperwork filled out, needing deposit/ withdrawal slips or pens, etc to GO INSIDE!!!!
