Disappointed by Biased and Unprofessional Service. It should be 0 stars, but I will be generous. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at TD Bank just now. After waiting quietly and patiently for over 40 minutes, I witnessed an employee allow another person to skip ahead of me—someone whose name had been called over 30 minutes prior and who clearly did not show up when called. The branch manager is horrible he called me to interrogate me about my cash deposit when he can see it was after hours and I got a cashier check the next day. Very rude and racist CLOSE YOUR TD ACCOUNTS this is the worse bank ever
Very bad branch
This is the worst bank there is no wonder they are shutting down branches all over their customer service is terrible and they can’t do nothing. Pull money from the ATM the ATM malfunction didn’t give me my cash and now I gave got to wait 5 to 7 business days to get my money.
