Very unprofessional.
I had a very frustrating experience at the TD Bank Cross Island location. I had to wait one full hour just to get help with a debit card, which is completely unacceptable. Every time I come to this bank, the service feels slow and disorganized, and it makes the whole experience stressful. I really dislike coming to this branch because customers are left waiting too long for something that should be simple. TD Bank needs to improve the customer service and staffing at this location.
I would give it zero....
