After reading reviews before going to this branch to open a new account I was a bit apprehensive. However I am very pleased with the service I was provided. Alan was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and helpful. I would recommend this TD Bank branch to anyone considering banking in Queens
Been improving
I can’t understand why this branch just can’t get it together! There’s always a long line with long wait times. I spent 20 minutes waiting for my turn until I decided to leave without doing my banking. Out of 3 tellers 2 were balancing out their registers and there were about 10 people on line. What kind of bad management is this? This is unacceptable
DO NOT SIGNUP FOR TD BANK. GO TO CHASE OR BANK OF AMERICA TD IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS BRANCH IS SO SLOW THEY COULDN’T EVEN WORK MCDONALDS DRIVE THRU.
