I opened account for my daughter. In three days Krystie, who said she was a Branch Manager, called me and said that bank employee did mistake in application. Then she blocked both my daughter’s and my accounts. I had to pick up my daughter from High School and bring all my documents again, in spite of everything was checked by bank employee couple of days before. The employees here don’t seem trained on policy and lack customer service so I won’t be coming back to this location.
