As the only person in line, I waited 9 minutes at drive-thru window without anyone even acknowledging me, despite there being 5 people behind the glass. Finally, Diego Alvarado Walks up to the glass and slides the drawer out without saying a word. No "sorry for the wait", no "Good afternoon", no "Welcome to TD", Nothing. This is the worst branch. Rude. I love TD Bank but this branch is constantly falling short.
Was just turned away by a very rude employee. I walked in with my two daughters, piggy banks in hand. We were told that they didn't have time for us! Unbelievable! We were the only ones in the bank.
The manager David Machado was very helpful. Unfortunately, some of the customers were upset at the wait in line but it was not the banks fault. There was only one teller and one customer came in with several transactions that took quite a long time. Don’t hold this against the employees.
