This is the worst branch. Rude. I love TD Bank but this branch is constantly falling short.
Was just turned away by a very rude employee. I walked in with my two daughters, piggy banks in hand. We were told that they didn't have time for us! Unbelievable! We were the only ones in the bank.
The manager David Machado was very helpful. Unfortunately, some of the customers were upset at the wait in line but it was not the banks fault. There was only one teller and one customer came in with several transactions that took quite a long time. Don’t hold this against the employees.
My deposited check has not cleared since Nov.5, same check from employer for 2 years, no response from online TD. No one at office picking up the phone at TD wellington FLfor past 30 minutes, west palm breach southern location. This bank has turned into a joke? Forget Canadian bank, need to come back to USA bank. Will be closing account.
