Been with TD many years. Lived I. Ct before Sebastian and used TD there to. Probably 35 years total, great bank and service!
This branch is absolutely awesome
Horrible customer service every time I have to go there I dread it! I know I'll be waiting, you pull up at the drive tru and you could sit there for over 10 minutes before your even noticed, and it's ALL OF THEM!!
The ATM is the worst I've ever seen. I wish I could give this bank negative Stars. I drive to the ATM three times a week to deposit cash and it I'll be lucky if it works one of them. Garbage
I have been with TD Bank for many years, personal, business and mortgage and have found them to be a reasonable bank. I don't usually post complaints but the Sebastian Brach has gotten so bad with will drive 30 mins out of my way to go to another branch. Its been bad for a long time, slow, slightly rude staff, but its nearest to me. Ahhh today made me want to change banks.
