Discourteous and Dishonest service ! I Had a service fee that hit my account that needed to be reversed due to sysem error. I went into the branch i opened my account in to begin with to get resolved and the teller told me her store manager was out and would need to be the one to have it fixed. Very disappointed with the service at TD Bank Fletcher. I experienced serious issues with account management transactions are processed extremely slowly, and employee errors only made the situation worse. I reached out for help, but support failed to resolve the problem promptly and professionally. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who values quality service
Won’t recommend coming to this TD Bank branch. Me and my fiancé went twice to try to open a bank account and weren’t helpful and deny us (especially my Fiancé ). I will never be coming back to this td bank branch.
