The drive through is so slow, it takes 20 minutes or more. Now they are over the top with security! You have to show your i.d. and get a text from the bank, put in your pin #, just to make a deposit! I've been banking here for 15 years. They know me and still require all of this security. I'm not happy!

Terrible bank
I have used this branch twice recently to help me with an issue that they did not create. Chris (the manager) was great both times and so were his staff. I will be back to do more business with them soon. I wish TD still had a branch in Weaverville which would be more convenient to me, but it was a pleasure doing business at this branch. Note that I do not regularly do business at this branch. However, I was treated like a VIP customer both times!!!
