The WORST, WORST, WORST....bank ever!!!!! Got a promotion pamphlet in the mail and went to the site to open two accounts according to the requirements in the promotion pamphlet. A year later didn't get a penny to the accounts....called couple times and was told the "promotion pamphlet" expired before the accounts were opened. KIDDING??? If the promotion pamphlet expired, why didn't the teller there inform us when the accounts were opened?! Liers!! Couldn't believe them!!

Great place to be treated like trash even if you have a decent direct deposit every week. I called this morning to the 800 number in regards to a check hold that was placed on my account. I was told my branch could help me, to call them when they opened at 8:30. When I called no one that could help me was available and got a phone call back around 9 from crystal who indicated there was nothing they could do. Worst bank ever open my account told takes two days for a check to clear day 4 and still no money call told it was take a week worst bank ever
